The Open TechBot is TechBot.Support@Blizzard's little brother. He is also working with ClanGnome and his daughter, MiniGnome. The job of OTB is to have a good amount of answers for users after they type a keyword. I am in the process of creating a program to track the usage of each command to be displayed here.
